Terms of service

Last updated October 20, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Y7 Technology合同会社 (“we”), 〒150-0043 東京都渋谷区道玄坂1丁目10番8号 渋谷道玄坂東急ビル2F-C, for the use of listenthru. If you use listenthru for a company, label or artist, you accept them on their behalf and confirm you may do so.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 16, and give accurate details. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the members you invite to an artist; owners can add and remove members and change their roles.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the music, artwork, names and links you add. You give us the permission needed to host, show and deliver them on your pages and in our service, and to show your public pages as examples only if you agree. You confirm you have the rights to promote everything you add.

3. Acceptable use

Do not impersonate another artist, mislead listeners, link to malware or illegal content, infringe others' rights, send fake traffic or events, or try to break or overload the service. We may remove pages or suspend accounts that do, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

4. Ad accounts and listener data

When you connect a Meta or TikTok account, you are responsible for your use of it under those platforms' terms. For the data of people who visit your pages, you are the controller and we are your processor: we process it only to provide listenthru as you configure it; keep it confidential; protect it with appropriate security; use the sub-processors listed in our privacy policy and tell you before adding new ones; help you answer requests from individuals and authorities; tell you without undue delay about a personal data breach; delete it when you delete your pages or account; and give you the information needed to show compliance. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for your measurement and for any notices your own law requires. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland your pages ask listeners for consent before any ad measurement runs. If you turn on fan sign-ups, you are the controller of that list too: send only what people signed up for, honour unsubscribes, and follow the email marketing laws that apply to you (such as Japan’s Act on Specified Electronic Mail, CAN-SPAM, or the GDPR and ePrivacy rules). See how sign-ups work.

5. Plans and billing

  • Free has the limits shown on our pricing page, which we may change with notice.
  • Pro is billed per artist, monthly or yearly. Label covers Pro for up to 20 artists that the subscriber owns, on one bill, monthly or yearly. Enterprise is agreed in writing.
  • Payments are made in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices for Japan include consumption tax; elsewhere, taxes may be added at checkout according to your location.
  • Trials. A person's first artist may get Pro free for a limited time without a card; when it ends the artist moves to Free unless you choose a plan. A trial started at checkout becomes paid at its end unless cancelled before.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel any time from the dashboard. The plan stays on until the end of the period already paid. Payments are not refunded pro rata, except where the law requires it.
  • If a payment fails and Stripe's retries end, the artist moves back to Free. Your pages stay up, within Free's limits.
  • We will give at least 30 days' notice of a price change, which applies from your next renewal.

6. The service

We work to keep listenthru available and to deliver events, but Meta, TikTok, music services and networks are outside our control, and we do not promise that every event will be accepted or that measurement will be complete. We may change or end features; if we end the service, we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund unused prepaid time.

7. Liability

listenthru is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or ad spend, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

8. Ending

You can stop using listenthru and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance, without taking away protection that the law of your country of residence gives you as a consumer.

10. Changes and language

We may update these terms. We will post them here and, for changes that matter to you, tell you by email at least 30 days before they apply. These terms are written in Japanese and English; translations are provided for convenience, and if versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.
